Website delivery and security
When you visit, your device sends connection and request data needed to deliver the page: IP address, request time, requested resource, browser-supplied headers and technical connection information. Our hosting provider processes this data to provide the website. Routine access logging for this domain is disabled; we do not keep a regular visitor-access history.
Technical error and network-security records can contain connection details, IP addresses and timestamps when faults or suspicious traffic occur. Their purpose is to keep the service available, investigate faults and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering a functioning and secure website.
Ordinary connection data is used for the request and connection. Security or incident records are retained only for as long as needed to investigate and resolve the issue; records needed for a legal claim or obligation are restricted and retained for that purpose. The site is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany; this server is located in Nuremberg, Germany.
If you contact us by email
We process your email address, any name you provide, the message, attachments and necessary message metadata to answer your enquiry and follow up. Providing this information is voluntary; without a reply address and the information needed to handle the enquiry we cannot respond meaningfully. Please send only information relevant to your request.
For enquiries related to a potential contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant questions and managing our communications. Correspondence is kept while the enquiry and necessary follow-up are being handled, then deleted unless a legal retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of a claim requires restricted retention.
Email hosting is provided by SOLUCIONES CORPORATIVAS IP, S.L. (DonDominio), C/ Menestrals 14, 07500 Manacor, Illes Balears, Spain. Its hosting terms identify hosting infrastructure in the EU. Provider hosting and data-processing terms.
Cookie choices
We use the locally hosted CookieConsent component to remember your explicit choice in the first-party ph_consent cookie. It contains consent categories, policy revision, choice timestamps and a random consent identifier; it is not an advertising identifier and is not transmitted to an external consent provider. Its lifetime is 182 days. Remembering your choice is necessary to respect it and avoid repeatedly asking; the GDPR basis is Article 6(1)(f), with the strictly necessary storage exception in Article 22(2) LSSI.
English/German selection changes the current page without storing a language cookie. Cookie details. You can change your choices at any time using .
Optional Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is being prepared and is currently disabled, including after an optional analytics choice.
If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, engagement and traffic sources so we can improve our content. The data can include a pseudonymous browser identifier, visited pages, timestamps, referrer, browser/device information and approximate location. It is not needed to use the website. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, provides the service; Google LLC in the United States and service providers can also process the data.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22(2) LSSI. Until you consent, the Google tag is blocked completely; no analytics or consent-status pings are sent to Google. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals. We do not send your email messages, names or email addresses as Analytics events.
Analytics cookies, when active, are configured for up to 180 days without extending that expiry on each visit. User/event-level data retention is set to two months when the Analytics property is activated; aggregated reports can persist beyond this period. Google says GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses, although the connection necessarily transmits an IP address for delivery and location processing.
Processing can occur outside the EEA, including the United States. Google relies on applicable adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified Google LLC, and standard contractual clauses where required. See Google’s transfer safeguards, processing terms and privacy policy.
You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings with the same ease as granting it. Withdrawal stops further collection on this site and clears the site’s Analytics cookies; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to people authorised to handle the relevant task and the service providers described above. Data can also be disclosed where a binding legal obligation requires it or where necessary for a specific legal claim. We do not sell enquiry or visitor data.
The website server and email-hosting infrastructure described above are in the EU. Optional Analytics involves the international processing explained in its section. If you use an email provider outside the EEA, email delivery can also involve that provider’s infrastructure.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to gaming@prompthammerstudios.com or 3d@prompthammerstudios.com, or our postal address. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity where reasonably necessary. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority, including the authority where you habitually reside.
